We do not have a minimum quantity .
Whether it's for a single garment or 10,000 , we accept all orders.
What is your production lead time?
For bulk orders, generally allow 1 to 2 weeks for full production.
For orders through our partner stores, please allow 2-4 days for complete production.
Timeframes may vary depending on the technique used and the period.

Can you print on clothes that I provide?
Yes, it's possible.
However, we often recommend leaving it to us to supply the clothing , as our experience allows us to choose the designs that offer the best results according to the printing or embroidery method.
And if you prefer to use your own clothes , we can even pick them up directly to simplify the process for you.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, absolutely!

What are your payment terms?
For all volume orders, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required before production begins.
What types of files do I need to provide?
We accept PNG, JPG and PDF files.
Ensure your logos or designs are high resolution (300 DPI or higher) for optimal results.

We are based in the Montreal area and we deliver throughout Quebec and Canada.
What is the difference between embroidery and DTF printing?
- Embroidery : gives a textured and professional finish, perfect for polo shirts, hoodies or caps.
- DTF (Direct-to-Film) : offers vivid color prints, ideal for complex and multi-colored designs.
We can help you choose the best option according to your design and budget.
Can I see a preview before production?
Always.
We'll send you a visual proof (mockup) for approval before we start production, so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you offer discounts for volume orders?

We offer tiered pricing based on the quantity ordered.
The larger the order, the lower the unit price.
